01 ENQUIRY & PROJECT PROPOSAL
After you reach out to us, we will send you an in-depth questionnaire. We then set up a brand discovery call to go through your needs and answer your questions. After knowing more about your business and goals we prepare a project proposal where we recommend the approach and deliverables for the brand along with costs and everything you need to know.
02 Onboarding
You are happy with the proposal and ready to have your dream brand, website, and more, we will create a client portal for you to have as a central hub for your project communication & documents. Then the fun begins!
03 Design Process
If you have a brand and web combo the brand design will be done first then the website, otherwise for our website only clients, this is where we design and set up your website with your unique requirements.
04 Offboarding
Your dream website is ready and prepped for launching. We provide you with training and launch day preperation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?
Every project is unique, so we always like to schedule an introduction call to meet and discuss in detail your unique design needs, and business goals, and see if we are the right team for you. Then we’ll create a custom project proposal and quote unique to you and your project. However, most of our website projects fall within the R5-R185k Excl. VAT. range depending on custom integrations, functions, designs, and artwork.
Working with a professional designer can be a significant investment, so we work to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. Most brand projects are paid in 2 installments, while website projects or combo brand and website projects can be broken down into 3, 4, or 6 payments. All payments are due before the completion of your project.
We work to be as transparent as possible during our builds so that there are no additional charges or surprise fees. The only additional costs that might come up would be any licensing fees for special plugins, artwork, or media, as well as any additional design time beyond your contracted timeframe. We try to provide both free and paid options before incurring any additional fees on top of a project total.
How long does a project take?
Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 3+ months in advance. Every Website Design project takes approximately 2 – 18 weeks to complete; completely dependent upon client response time and project scope.
We do offer faster options on less complicated designs if you are in a rush – Please contact us to discuss this option and pricing.
Complete build-out of your website from basic pages to custom forms, questionnaires, shop integrations, eCommerce capabilities, responsive and mobile site development, custom site functionality, language translations, and critical development assets including SSL Certificate set-up.
HOW MUCH ACCESS WILL I HAVE DURING DEVELOPMENT?
We build all of our websites on what’s referred to as a “Staging” website. A staging site is a password-protected live site that allows you to view your new website before final launch. You can view your site, in real-time, on any and all mobile devices so that you get the most accurate idea of exactly what your clients will experience when on your site.
What is included in each package?
Every website project includes our foundational website SEO, professional copywriting, and a minimum 3-page site scope. While we begin with our starting base package, we work with you to expand and build the perfect website design package for you. Our base packages are what we know are the bare minimum in order to provide you with the most effective starting point for your website. But we encourage you to bring your dream wish list so that we can build a unique package to best fit your needs.
DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE SERVICES?
Not at this time. We only offer full rebrands, complete site builds, or redesigns. However, we do offer separate, stand-alone projects to existing clients who have previously completed a brand and/or website with us.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WEBSITE IS LAUNCHED?
With client satisfaction being one of our top goals, we will host what we call a “teaching session” during your launch week, where you will sit with your developer and walk through your site, recording custom tutorial videos to refer back to later in order to help you maintain and manage your own website moving forward (available on our higher end packages). We also offer technical support packages that we will discuss with you at the end of your project.
We also give you a backup of your entire site after the site has been completed. Should anything happen, we can restore your site back to its original launch state.
We also offer various website maintenance, security, and peace of mind packages.
